Buy Colorado Marketplace
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
All sumissions and orders are
reviewed by Buy Colorado representatives upon receipt.
All listings in the Buy Colorado
Marketplace MUST be Colorado-based businesses or Colorado non-profit
organizations.
Buy Colorado has the right to
refuse any listing and ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT accept any listings
for businesses that promote pornography, violence, hate groups
or bias of any kind.
If, for any reason, Buy Colorado
is not able to accept your listing, you will be notified and no
charges will be added to your credit card.
Listings that are accepted should
be posted within 5 business days. The credit card will not be
charged until the listing has been posted.
The minimum contract for listings
in the Buy Colorado Marketplace is three months. After the first
three months we will continue to bill you quarterly, however you
may cancel your listing at any time after 3 months and receive
a pro-rated refund of any surplus in your account. |
